We ship the same or next business day.
Most orders are usually sent by 1st class Royal Mail and arrive within 1-2 working days in UK Mainland.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it within 30 days of receipt. Please read below for return instructions and requirements.

Return Requirements:
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us to receive an RMA number prior to returning the item(s). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made in shipping. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
We recommend insuring any orders that are sent back. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in shipping.
Once the item is received back, please allow 4 to 5 business days for the return to be processed.
